Registration procedure; after receiving your registration form, we need about 24 hrs to check availability at the school(s). If your preferred program is not available, we will contact you and send you an alternative. As soon as possible, we send you an Invoice  to confirm programs, dates and prices. You need to check this lnvoice carefully and once you write us back that you agree, we´ll notify the schools and you have a reservation!

Payment procedure; payment for taxi transfers and pick.up and/or drop off packages  should be received not later than two weeks before arrival. All other payments can be taken care of upon arrival at the school. If you prefer to pay before arrival, we can send you our bank details in a personal email.

Cancellation policy; once the program has begun there is no refund. By filling out this registration form and sending it in to us, you are declaring that you have read and agree to this statement as written and intended.

Important note; please pay careful attention when filling in the information for each location. Schedule changes you make after arrival might not be possible or incur a $15.- re-scheduling fee.

Each student should fill out the part untill the first white line From there on, only fill in the information of the school(s) where you want to study. Simply leave empty the parts of the school(s) where you don´t want study!
