Spanish courses dates

We start every Monday of the year with new courses. Classes are scheduled as follows: Monday till Saturday 8:00 – 12:00 and  13:00 – 19:00

Spanish courses prices

There is a $25 non-refundable registration fee. 

These prices include an Oral evaluation of your Spanish level (when not a complete beginner) on WhatsApp, in the weekend or days before starting. This oral evaluation is in addition to the written evaluation that you can have done before your arrival.

* The trip finishes Sunday either in San José or Puerto Viejo.

We recommend NOT to plan a flight out of the country the same evening nor having any other transportation to catch the same day. 

* Guests may make reservations for a shared room even if they come alone. We may assign another client to share the room. Vacation rentals, apartments, and other housing options from basic to luxurious are available upon request. Book a room!

*All accommodations in Costa Rica +13 % IVA (tax) Costa Rica (Turrialba, Puerto Viejo) & in Panama +10% IVA (tax) Panama (Bocas del Toro y Boquete)

Payment procedure: 2 weeks before starting the program, you pay us a $100 deposit + any pick-ups, transfers, flights and shuttles. The day before starting the program you should have paid at least 20% of the total program, the rest on the following day. The course should be fully paid on the first day of taking classes. You cannot enter the classroom without having paid 20% of the total program.

Payment methods: cash, paypal or credit card link (6%); bank transfers only with enough anticipation and paying all international transfer costs.

Cancellation policy: with more than 2 weeks anticipation, we can refund $50 of the deposit ($100). There is no refund for bank fees, confirmed pick-ups, transfers, flights and shuttles that we have already paid. For cancellations within 2 weeks before starting, please ask upon making the reservation; there are multiple variations. All activities have their own, different cancellation policies so please ask us before making reservations for these.

Unforeseen circumstances & Service Modifications: once your program has started, if any part of your trip (including Spanish classes, accommodations, activities, transfers, or other services) must be altered, postponed, or canceled due to circumstances beyond our control – such as natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, health, risks, or other force majeure events – no refunds can and will be issued. However, we will provide the best possible alternative of similar value and quality, determined at our sole discretion. While we always aim to offer a suitable replacement, acceptance of the alternative is at the client’s choice; declining it does not entitle the client to a refund or compensation. We appreciate your trust in our local expertise and judgment in handling such situations responsibly and in your best interest.
