Payment Policy

Upon registration and confirmation of your participation, a $100 deposit is required, along with payment of any applicable fees for pick-ups, transfers, flights, and shuttle services.

At least 20% of the total program cost must be paid no later than the day before the program start date.

The remaining balance is due on the first day of the program.

Full payment is required to continue participating. Students who have not completed full payment by the second day of the program will not be allowed to continue attending classes.

Payment methods:

We accept payments via cash, PayPal, or credit card link (a 6% processing fee applies).

Bank transfers are accepted only if made with sufficient anticipation. All international transfer fees must be covered by the client.

Cancellation policy: 

The $100 deposit is partially refundable.

For cancellations made more than 14 days before the program start date, $50 of the deposit will be refunded.

For cancellations made within 14 days of the program start date, the deposit is non-refundable.

Payments made for pick-ups, transfers, flights, and shuttle services are non-refundable once confirmed.

Activities and third-party services may have their own cancellation policies. Please confirm these before booking.

Unforeseen circumstances & Service Modifications:

Once the program has started, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

If any part of the program (including classes, accommodations, activities, or transfers) must be modified, postponed, or canceled due to circumstances beyond our control — including but not limited to natural disasters, health risks, strikes, or force majeure events — we will offer an alternative of similar value and quality.

Acceptance of the alternative is at the client’s discretion. Declining the alternative does not entitle the client to any refund or compensation.
