A $100 deposit is required to confirm your participation, along with payment of any applicable fees for pick-ups, transfers, flights, and shuttle services.

At least 20% of the total program cost must be paid no later than the day before the program start date.

The remaining balance is due on the first day of the program.

Full payment is required to continue participating. Students who have not completed full payment by the second day of the program will not be allowed to continue attending classes.

All bookings require a copy of your passport for official registration.

Payments can be made via cash, PayPal, or credit card link (6% processing fee applies). Bank transfers must be made in advance, and all international fees are the responsibility of the client.

The $100 deposit is partially refundable.

For cancellations made more than 14 days before the program start date, $50 of the deposit will be refunded.

For cancellations made within 14 days of the program start date, the deposit is non-refundable.

All payments made for pick-ups, transfers, flights, accommodations, and other confirmed services are non-refundable.

No refunds will be issued once the program has started.

We aim to accommodate changes to dates, accommodations, or course type when possible, subject to availability.

One change is allowed at no cost if requested at least 7 days before the program start date.

Additional changes or last-minute requests may be subject to an administrative fee.

If any part of the program must be modified, postponed, or canceled due to circumstances beyond our control — including but not limited to natural disasters, health risks, strikes, or government restrictions — no refunds will be issued.

In such cases, we may offer rescheduling, credit, or an alternative service of similar value and quality.

Acceptance of any alternative is optional; however, declining it does not entitle the client to a refund or compensation.

All personal data is handled securely and used solely for registration, accommodation coordination, and communication purposes.

Students are expected to respect local culture, the environment, staff, and fellow participants.

We reserve the right to remove any participant engaging in inappropriate or disruptive behavior. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

Travel Insurance: Strongly recommended. We are not responsible for losses related to travel disruptions, cancellations, or medical situations.

Accommodation: Rules may vary depending on the property. Specific details will be provided after booking.

Medical Conditions & Special Requests: Please inform us in advance so we can do our best to accommodate your needs.
